How To Use

The advantage of using the balm stick is the no-touch application—simply apply it and go. Both the Recovery Stick and Tub provide effective relief, offering the same benefits in different application forms to suit your preference.

Ensure the skin where you plan to apply the balm is clean and dry.
Remove the cap from the Muscle MX Recovery CBD Balm container. If using a stick balm, twist the base to expose the product. If it’s the Activate Tub, simply open the lid.
If using a stick balm, glide it directly over the targeted area. For jar balm, use your fingers to scoop out a small amount of balm.
Apply even layers to the area experiencing discomfort, such as muscles, joints, or other areas needing relief.
If you decide to (optional) use your fingers to massage the balm, gently massage the balm into your skin using circular motions. This helps the balm to penetrate the skin and increases blood flow to the area.
After applying and massaging the balm, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid transferring the balm to your eyes or other sensitive areas.

Neuropathy
I have been buying Muscle Mx for several years now. The first time I bought it for my husband was when it was sold in Brookshires Pharmacy in Sulphur Springs. Later when they stopped having it I contacted the address online.
My husband is 68, and diabetic, and has severe neuropathy. He was always very athletic before the diabetes took over at 35. They have done a decompression surgery on him to help and no luck. He takes a lot of medications, and his foot pain is so bad at night he can't sleep. When it is a bad night I rub the balm on his feet and toes, and put short socks on him so it doesn't get on sheets, and he is able to relax and rest for the night.
When we first started using this we only were able to find the 350 mg. I was so excited to see the 1000mg, and he could really tell a huge difference. Just pray the price stays where we can get it.
