Orders placed prior to 8 am MST (10am EST) are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed later in the day or on the weekends, ship on the following business day.

SHIPPING:

Muscle MX ships all orders through the United States Post office unless specified otherwise. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 8am MST (10am EST) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal Holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

What shipping methods does Muscle MX offer?

Muscle MX offers both First Class & Priority shipping through USPS.

  • Shipping rates for USPS are free for all orders over $74.95 and $4.95 for all orders under $74.95

Is Muscle MX able to ship to all 50 states?

Muscle MX can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Can Muscle MX ship outside of the United States?

Muscle MX ships USPS internationally for a flat shipping fee depending on location. We cannot ship to Canada or Mexico. Shipments can take up to twenty days for delivery when shipping internationally.

Can Muscle MX ship to a military bases?

Muscle MX can ship to APO/FPO bases using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates free for all orders over $79.95 and $4.95 for all orders under $79.95.

Can I change my shipping address?

To confirm the status of your order and submit any change requests, please contact our customer service team at 801-565-4718 or via email at help@musclemx.com. If you have already received a tracking number, please note that it may be too late to make adjustments. Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to modify the shipping address, and any address changes must be requested directly with the carrier. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a separate email containing your order number and tracking number once tracking is available. Please use the tracking link in the email for updates. Please give USPS 24-48 hours to update tracking information once the label has been created. 

Can my order ship through the weekend?

USPS and UPS will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays. 

How soon can Muscle MX ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 8 AM MST go out on the same day. Orders placed after 8 AM MST will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my Muscle MX order?

Packages are often marked as delivered prior to actual delivery (why this happens, we don’t know and most likely the package arrives next day). Please check around your property first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or mailbox. If you still have not received your order, please first submit a claim through your local postal office for a lost or stolen package.

Muscle MX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, reach out to our customer service, and we’ll make it right – simple as that. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you the return label. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of Muscle MX. How much time will I have to make a return claim?

You have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return. We are proud to offer all customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

How do I return my Muscle MX order?

Muscle MX orders are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply set up your return request on the Return Portal OR contact our customer service by emailing help@musclemx.com or call 801-565-4718. Returns can be mailed or sent from any Post Office shipping location with the return shipping label provided by us.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping?

Unfortunately, sometimes products can get damaged while in transit. All claims for products must be made within 48 hours. Please provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping with a photo/video and we are happy to send out a replacement package ASAP. 

Note: In the warmer months, your product(s) may arrive partially melted despite all of our precautions. If this occurs, please stand product upright, cap/lid on tightly, and refrigerate until solid or the correct consistency. A melted product does not affect its efficacy or performance. Unfortunately, we cannot reship melted products, as we cannot guarantee they won't melt again in transit. However, if your product was severely damaged/melted, please set up return request. Thank you for your understanding.

Where can I take my Muscle MX order to be returned?

If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your return order to your nearest Post Office shipping location. If you purchased a Muscle MX product from a retail location, please follow the store’s return policy.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been received by our shipping department and processed.

How is my refund issued back?

Your refund is sent through your original form of payment.
