We work hard to get your order out quickly. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing & Shipping Timeline
Order Cutoff:
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 8:00 AM MST (10:00 AM EST) typically ship the same day.
After Hours:
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Carriers:
We ship via USPS (standard) and UPS (available at checkout).
Free Shipping:
Enjoy free USPS Ground shipping on orders $50 or more.
Delivery Guarantees:
Only USPS Priority Express and UPS Next Day Air offer guaranteed delivery dates. All other shipping methods are estimated.
If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Destinations & Restrictions
United States:
We ship to all 50 states.
Military:
We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail, and offer a 15% military discount.
International:
Due to regulatory changes regarding CBD products, we are unable to ship internationally as of July 1, 2025.
Managing Your Order
Changing Your Address:
Need to update your shipping address? Please email info@musclemx.com or call 801-565-4718 as soon as possible.
We can only make changes before your order is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is outside of our control.
If you cannot locate your package, please check with your local post office or carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to help guide you through the carrier’s claim process.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@musclemx.com within 48 hours and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible.
Warm Weather Notice
During hot months, our balms may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect product quality.
To fix a melted balm:
Place the container upright in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
If the balm has shifted, you can gently remelt it in the microwave using 15-second bursts until liquid, then allow it to cool upright.
