SHIPPING:
Muscle MX ships all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless UPS is selected at checkout.
Order processing begins Monday – Friday at 8:00 AM MST (10:00 AM EST). Orders placed after this time, as well as those made over weekends or holidays, will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that transit times do not include Sundays or Federal Holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation, payment receipt, and tracking information via email. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
What shipping methods does Muscle MX offer?
Muscle MX offers several shipping options through USPS and UPS.

USPS Ground Shipping is free for all orders over a subtotal of $74.95. Orders with a subtotal below $74.95 will incur the standard shipping fees to their area.

All other shipping options will incur the standard fees for selected delivery.
Is Muscle MX able to ship to all 50 states?
Muscle MX can ship to any street address in all 50 states*, including Alaska and Hawaii. (*excluding Elevate gummies, see item page for more details.)
Can Muscle MX ship outside of the United States?
Muscle MX offers international shipping via USPS, depending on the destination. Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing your country’s CBD/THC regulations to ensure compliance and confirm if shipments are permitted.

Please note: International shipments may take up to 20 days or longer for delivery. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have direct control over its transit and can only provide U.S.-based tracking information. For the most up-to-date delivery details, we encourage you to reach out to your local postal service.

Can Muscle MX ship to a military bases?
Muscle MX ships to APO/FPO bases via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 business days. Shipping is free for all orders over $74.95. For orders under $74.95, applicable shipping costs can be viewed at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you have not yet received tracking information, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at help@musclemx.com to confirm if your order is still in processing and to submit your change request. We strive to respond within 24-48 hours. You may also reach us by phone at 801-565-4718 during our regular business hours.
If your order has already been shipped and tracking information has been provided, please note that we may not be able to make the requested changes. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and we no longer have direct control over delivery. If your tracking information shows a location scan, any modifications must be requested directly through the carrier.

How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation email will include a tracking link and an order number. You can click on the tracking link provided for updates.
Can my order ship through the weekend?
USPS and UPS will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
How soon can Muscle MX ship my order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 8 AM MST go out on the same day. Orders placed after 8 AM MST will be shipped the following business day.
What if I don’t receive my Muscle MX order?
Please note that once a delivery leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of a delivery service and is out of our direct control. We will do our absolute best to help in every situation, but please note:
-refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations, and your refund will not be processed. Please reach out to help@musclemx.com prior to sending back products.
-If the package tracking says “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office as they will have the most up to date information about your parcel. If they are unable to locate your order, please email us at help@musclemx.com for a replacement.
-We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. The best route is to file a claim directly with the carrier. We typically ship USPS, however, we do have the option to select UPS.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Muscle MX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, reach out to our customer service, and we’ll make it right – simple as that. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you the return label. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of Muscle MX.
How much time will I have to make a return claim?

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping?
Unfortunately, sometimes products can get damaged while in transit. All claims for products must be made within 48 hours. Please provide detailed information, including images, for any product damaged during shipping with a photo and we are happy to send out a replacement package ASAP.
Where can I take my Muscle MX order to be returned?
If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your return order to your nearest Post Office shipping location. If you purchased a Muscle MX product from a retail location, please follow the store’s return policy.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.
How is my refund issued back?
Your refund is sent through your original form of payment.
